In the last 3 years they have grown their customer base from 2,500 to a predicted half a million by Christmas and if everything goes to plan, they are expecting to double their development team throughout 2022, which you would be one of the main drivers for! This is all since the launch of their new product at the beginning of this year which has caused massive traction within the industry and a massive roadmap to improve and add on to their platform.
I’m looking for someone who is happy to stay hands on for the meantime, at least once a week anyway but the majority of your time will be spent on managerial tasks. This would include running a team of 16 to ensure they’re working as efficiently as possible, are performing well but are also happy and then report back to C-level on this. You’ll be someone who’s head is in the detail, finds quality really important and are hot on security!
- Previous experience with PHP and one of PHP’s frameworks.
- Previous experience with React and React-Native would be beneficial.
- Experience with measuring and reporting teams’ happiness, progression, and performance.
- Architectural and design experience.
- It would be beneficial if you came from a fintech background and had experience with security functions.
