This role could not be more important, critical, or exciting for the engineering team. As the software development manager, you will be leading a cross functional team made up of 20 direct reports to you, including Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers & Testers to drive their growth & innovation.
We are looking for someone who has strong Agile software leadership skills if you would like to work in an environment where your impact will very clearly be made – here is your chance to really make a difference in a company where hard work is always rewarded and never goes unnoticed.
Their first half of 2021 has been an exciting time and the company has carried on expanding and they are getting a lot of recognition, you will be highly involved in the hiring and onboarding new employees into the engineering teams.
- A passion for providing outstanding team leadership.
- Strong proven experience of leading or manging teams of software engineers or cross-functional teams
- A background in Agile software development practises
- Experienced & confident when with speaking to business stakeholders.
- Experienced with interviewing and hiring engineers.
- You genuinely enjoy mentoring/coaching and bringing the best out of your team.
- You can cope well with difficult problem and think outside the box to solve them.
