Service Delivery Manager

Service Delivery Manager | 12 Month Contract | Public Sector

SR2 are recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager on a long-term contract basis to support one of our leading digital consultancy clients.

The role will be supporting a leading Government Department whilst they drive forward the standards of their Service Design and Target Operating Model within the IT Operations Centre.

Key skills:

  • In-depth ITIL knowledge, and specific demonstrable experience across all the ITIL/Business processes e.g. Incident, Problem, Change and Capacity reporting, CSIP
  • Experience and understanding of the management of commercial contracts and financial management
  • ISO27001 experience
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies and Project Management techniques
  • Knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Agile methodology
  • Ability to build good client relationships
