Service Delivery Manager | 12 Month Contract | Public Sector
SR2 are recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager on a long-term contract basis to support one of our leading digital consultancy clients.
The role will be supporting a leading Government Department whilst they drive forward the standards of their Service Design and Target Operating Model within the IT Operations Centre.
- In-depth ITIL knowledge, and specific demonstrable experience across all the ITIL/Business processes e.g. Incident, Problem, Change and Capacity reporting, CSIP
- Experience and understanding of the management of commercial contracts and financial management
- ISO27001 experience
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and Project Management techniques
- Knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Agile methodology
- Ability to build good client relationships
