There’s some irony in the fact that recruiters really struggle to recruit for recruiters. How is this even possible? is the usual retort.
Anyway, before writing this ad we had a look at the other recruiter adverts out there and read the likes of………….

We offer progression
We hit a target
We pay commission that’s the best in Bristol or the whole world
We have the highest average fee
You get a laptop
You can use the job boards
You get Linkedin Recruiter
All of the above is wonderful, assuming it’s all true, but in truth, who cares. You surely want to know what we look for and then you can decide if you want to explore it or not?
At SR2 we simply look for good humans who work hard and are 100% accountable. Fundamentally that’s what makes us the business we are. We look for people that bring positivity and passion to the table. Our ambition is to be the best recruitment brand in the UK, we know and accept we are miles off that right now, but that is our ambition and for us to get there we need people that match this ambition. We want people who take pride in their work, who enjoy giving back and doing good things in their communities.
People can sometimes confuse our focus on social responsibility and being good humans with an assumption that it could be an easy ride at SR2? This couldn’t be further from the truth. Our standards, expectations and ambitions are sky high, we just won’t be breathing down your neck or staring at you daily through the recruitment microscope to check what you’re doing every second match these ambitions. We give you autonomy and space to thrive and we are on hand to give you that support and direction as and when it’s needed. We look for hungry and ambitious people on an upward career trajectory that want to make a positive impact in our business and on their career. We have an unbelievable standard of recruiter at SR2 and we want to keep adding to that quality with further like-minded and ambitious people.
We only ever look for experienced recruiters still and we have had some incredible success stories working with people reaching heights they never thought possible in their previous companies.
