I am recruiting for a Customer Success Manager to join a exciting SAAS company going through a exciting scaling phase. They are a one of a kind next generation company, disrupting a $12b market.
Based in the heart of Bristol, you’ll be on the front lines supporting their amazing customers, and partnering with other teams within the business, from sales and engineering, to product management. There is lots of flexibility for remote working and hours to fit around family commitments if needed.
You’ll be instrumental in the post-sales process, from initial customer onboardings to full-scale deployment, and will have ultimate responsibility for renewals. Day-to-day, you’ll be running your own meetings to uncover customer pain points, building out their solution to match their needs, training teams how to use their products, and building strong relationships with their customers.
They have a unique approach to Customer Success and truly believe in partnering with their customers where they see them as an extension of their teams.

Salary is anywhere from £23,000- £33,000
