I’m recruiting for an Application Support Analyst/ Software Support Analyst to join a great software house in Bath but with the option to work remotely or do a hybrid mix.
They are an established business that are going through a phase of expansion and is in a great position financially.
Customer happiness is of the utmost importance to them and they are looking for someone who will go above and beyond to provide prompt resolutions to incoming support requests from their clients using their software products. You will work as a part of a small support team that are the first people a customer will have contact with when reporting an issue or asking for assistance. They need someone who is great at assessing their needs, engaging the proper resources and who has clear communication skills.
You’l work closely with other areas of the business, investigating bugs and escalating issues where needed, You will also get involved in the setup of new systems and provide training on their products and there is also scope to get involved in the testing of their software products, so, any experience with this would be useful but is not essential.
The ideal person would have worked in a similar field before providing support to customers using software products
Salary is anywhere from £23,000 – £35,000 depending on experience.
