Up to £40,000 DOE + bonus

This lovely tech business are doing incredible things to help make the world more accessible. They are building software products that help people with disabilities interact in their studies and make their lives easier in the world of education. They believe that disabilities should not stand in the way of a good education and they want to do everything they can to help make this happen!

They’re now expanding to wider industries whilst continuing to dominate the education sector, and they are going international! The feedback on their products have been second to none, and they are now looking to bring on a Product Relationship Lead to work across both Sales and Customer success, to help their business continue to achieve great things!

As Product Relationship Lead, you’ll become an expert on this company’s products – you’ll be a fountain of knowledge on them. Your role will be to promote the software to new markets, whilst also looking after existing relationships. Think sales, but not ‘hard core heavy’ sales. We want no egos round here! They need a really nice, down to earth human who has a natural flare for helping others.

If you’re the one for this role, you will need to be a natural people’s person, as you will be out and about meeting clients, representing the business and building relationships.

The role will involve travelling to customer sites, representing the business and selling software. As such, you do need to be comfortable with delivering pitches, presentations, and creating videos and supporting material to a really decent standard.

Experience you’ll ideally need

  • Experience in either a Customer Success, Account Management, Sales or similar relationship building role, within a Software or SaaS company
  • A genuine interest in software/technology
  • A natural extrovert, comfortable with meeting new people and building strong relationships
  • Experience and confidence with delivering presentations and pitches to multiple people

An important point to consider, is you will need to be willing to travel regularly. For complete transparency, if you’re not happy to travel across the UK to customer sites to deliver presentations, promote the product and build relationships, this won’t be the right role for you. The travel won’t be constant, but it will be regular, and depending on the distance will require some overnight stays. All costs of travel will be covered though 😊 Think of it as a great way to get out on the road and see some parts of the UK you wouldn’t otherwise get to visit!

When you’re not out on the road, you’re welcome to work from home for the most part, but they have just put in an offer for a swanky new office in Central Bristol- ideally you’ll be West Country based to meet up for socials and occasional office days.

Salary up to £40,000 + benefits.
