1st Line Support – Onsite – 6 months
SR2 is on the lookout for aspiring IT professionals to join their client on an initial 6-month contract to be on-site technical support for their staff as part of their return-to-work strategy.
This role will sit within a growing IT support team as part of one of the UK’s coolest tech companies.
We’re looking for recent grads, apprentices, or people who are looking to get into IT that have a good grasp of end-user devices (PCs, laptops, Macs, phones, etc)
Any relevant qualifications in IT are desirable including but not limited to:
- CompTIA Certificates
- IT Apprenticeship
- Computing or Information Technology Degrees
Previous experience in a support or customer service role is highly beneficial
